Fun Freebies

I found these fun freebies in Consumer Reports Shop Smart magazine. I'm a huge fan of freebies--especially ones you can get online so I hope you like them too! Here they are:

Free Software: OpenOffice.org--If you don't have an office software suite on that new computer you bought (like me who recently bought a laptop for my son and it didn't come with office software), save yourself around $150 and get OpenOffice.org 3. It includes word processor, spreadsheet, presentation, database, and graphics software.

Photo Fun: IrfanView (www.irfanview.com)--Edit your photos with easy-to-master red-eye and cropping functions.

Twitter Tracker: TweedDeck (www.tweetdeck.com)--I have this one already. Twitter fans can easily keep on top of things with TweetDeck. Its multi-column format is easier to follow than Twitter's own site. Check it out for all its cool functions!
